Manuscripts
should be mailed to the editor and should not be submitted elsewhere. All
manuscripts (i.e. reviews and original articles) will be read by two
independent reviewers. With the acceptance of the paper all copyrights are
transferred to the publisher.

Manuscripts should
follow the recommendations of the International Committe
of Medical Journal editors (ICMJE) (1) and should be organized as follows:
Introduction, methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements, references. A short abstract in English and, if possible,
German (translation will be offered) should head the manuscript. Following the
abstract, up to 5 keywords should characterize the paper.
Tables, Figures and
Legends for illustrations should appear each on an extra sheet of paper.
Submission on computer
discs with name of the used system is encouraged. A print of the disc content
should be enclosed.
References should be
numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the
text. Identify references in text, tables, and legends by Arabic numerals in
parentheses. Use the style of the examples below which are
based on the formats used by the US National Library of Medicine in Index Medicus (complete list of examples on (1)).

Journal of Thermology") is published four times/year. Annual Subscription rate is 38.- Euro, a single copy costs 12.- Euro plus mailing costs (4.50
